"I am shocked by the 4.8 rating as the experience I had with this office wasn't even close to 5 stars. Jenny Stewart tried to coerce me, a 23 year old, into buying life insurance I could not (or any 23 year old, for that matter) afford. It started as a call inviting me to come into the office to "learn more about me and see if I had any questions about my policy." I found this request to be odd, but I figured it couldn't hurt to go and meet my agent in person. Since I really didn't have any questions about my insurance, I assumed the meeting would be short and that I could head back to work. However, Jenny then began asking me if I had life insurance, in which I responded that I did through my job and wasn't interested in adding life insurance to my plan. She said that wasn't good enough because I might lose my job one day (which, even if I did, why would I need two life insurance policies at this moment in time?) and continued to tell me about State Farm's life insurance plans. I smiled and nodded because I wanted to be polite, even though I was 100% not interested. Not surprisingly, she tried to sell me the most deluxe plan, which was, get this, over $300 A MONTH. I said I couldn't afford that, in which she responded, "Well that's about what your car payment is, isn't it?" For your information, my car payment is less than a THIRD of that, because I saved my money wisely and had a very small car loan. But that's besides the point. She claimed another benefit was that if I got life insurance, I could save up a good nest egg and use it to put a down payment on a house. But according to the chart she showed me, I would save up enough for the down payment...at age 70. Yes, because I will want to buy my first house when I am a senior citizen. I kept telling her, "I'd like some time to think about this," (which essentially meant no), but she was very adament about asking me to, "just sign the paperwork in case you change your mind so it's ready to go." After going back and forth 3 or 4 times, and realizing this woman would not take no for an answer, I flat out told her, "no thank you for today." And she basically scoffed and said something to the effect of, "Well, that's terrible decision on your part, but I tried to help you." It was laughably unprofessional. I find it sickening how this agent tried to take advantage of me being a young female and assumed that I would be stupid and naive because of my age. Thankfully, I have more common sense than she thinks and know that shelling out $300+ for a benefit I am already paying for in my job (and frankly, I get much better coverage at my job for a lot cheaper) is ludicrous. Since this encounter, I have switched agents because I didn't want to give this woman my business any longer. It's too bad because I like State Farm overall, but I would never recommend Jenny Stewart to any young female. I will say that the other women who I interacted with in this office were lovely. UPDATE: I was indeed a client of yours; the email associated with this Google account is different from the one I use for State Farm. I'm happy that your other interactions with clients do not reflect my experience, which is made clear by the very high Google rating."

"Been with this office for about 8 years. This last month has been a disaster, I was put in collections after paying a premium i was not aware of on an auto draft account that was never NSF or never notified that it was in arrears.The funds were not allocated to the right account which created problem and there is no accountability by this office"it is corporates fault" is the answer I have received."
